Developed the HAIS web and smart-client application (Port Administration and Information System) for collecting seaport and inland port dues on behalf of the Port of Dordrecht.

• Defined the software architecture and provided direction and advice on architectural and technical design issues.
• Organized and led client workshops for functional analysis and prototyping.
• Prepared and coordinated the functional design and business models.
• Coached and directed junior project team members on technical matters.
